• 5 drops YARROW|POM Essential Oil

• 3 drops Bergamot Essential Oil

• 2 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil

• 1 drop Sandalwood Essential Oil

Place Essential Oils in a 10 ml roller bottle. Top with carrier of your choice. Have on hand when you anticipate stressful situations.
